Supports 1-D and 2-D Symbologies

Provide the flexibility to support both 1-D and 2-D Symbologies in your OEM devices—without compromising the form-factor. The smallest of scan engines available, the SE 923HS supports PDF417 as well as 1-D symbologies such as UPC/EAN, Code 39, Code 93 and Codabar.

Upgradeable to Protect Your Investment

The SE 923HS is as easy to program as it is to use. CMOS serial data interface outputs decoded bar code data and has many programmable parameters that are configurable via the serial interface, or by scanning bar code menus in the SE 923 Integration Guide. Flash programming capability makes it a snap to update and reconfigure the SE 923HS with new codes and features, such as the emerging UCC/EAN Reduced Space Symbologies and Composite codes. Your hardware investment is protected when you use SE 923HS Scan Engines. Use of the standard Simple Serial Interface (SSI) communication protocol ensures compatibility with other decoded scan engines from Symbol.
