Customer Service Representative

Location:Markham, Ontario

Description:This position involves responding to customer requests for automatic identification products, services and software to a variety of industries. Products include bar code scanners, printers, verifiers, data collection terminals, OCR scanners, Radio Frequency (RF) devices, and application software. Phone and email responses to customer requests is required.

Education:• Post–secondary education, university degree or equivalent is required.
• A solid electronics or mechanical background is an asset but not required.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Bilingual French and English a definite asset.

Experience:• Applicants must have sales experience.
• A technical background is helpful.
• They must be disciplined self-starters with a proven track record.
• Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus and sensitivity to customer needs.
• Proven ability to work independently to identify, investigate, analyze and resolve issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:Salary $30-$35K.
Company bonus plan.
